By booking a stay at Riad di Siena, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These help ensure a smooth, respectful experience for all.

1. Booking & Payment

Reservations are confirmed once payment is received or secured through a booking platform.
Prices include accommodation and listed amenities.
City tax (2.5 euros per person per night) is collected upon arrival and may be paid in dirhams, euros, or U.S. dollars.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: From [Insert Time]
Check-out: By [Insert Time]
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request.
For late arrivals (after 5 PM), self check-in instructions will be provided.

3. Cancellation Policy

Please refer to the cancellation terms of your booking platform (Booking.com, Airbnb, or direct booking).
Refunds, if applicable, are processed according to the original booking channel.

4. House Rules

Guests must follow all house rules provided on-site and in pre-arrival communications.
No external visitors are allowed after 6 PM, in accordance with Moroccan law.
Quiet hours: 11 PM – 8 AM
Smoking is permitted only on the rooftop.
Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

5. Responsibility & Liability

Riad di Siena is not liable for personal injuries, lost items, or accidents during your stay.
Please store valuables responsibly.
Guests use the premises and facilities at their own risk.

6. Respectful Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a reservation (without refund) if a guest behaves in a way that is unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive to staff or other guests.

7. Privacy

Your information is handled in line with our [Privacy Policy]. We do not share your data except where required by law.
